If your plans change, we ask that you notify us at heyfam@blkbry.com or update your RSVP as soon as possible. Failure to attend without notice will be considered a no-show.

Photo Release Policy
I do not give permission for BLKBRY LLC, BLKBRY Community, and partners to take photos and/or videos of me and/or my child/children.​

I give permission for BLKBRY LLC (BLKBRY), BLKBRY Community, and partners to take photos and/or videos of myself and/or my children.
I also give permission for BLKBRY, BLKBRY Community and partners to use these photos and videos in the following way: Social media (examples: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), Websites (examples: BLKBRY and BLKBRY Community websites, partner websites, blogs), Promotional materials (examples: flyers, postcards, informational brochures), Media (examples: magazines, newspapers, online sources, television), other ways as needed.
I understand that if I sign this permission form, these photos and videos may be shown to: communicate about BLKBRY, BLKBRY Community, and related programs.
I understand that BLKBRY and BLKBRY Community may continue to use and show photos and videos of myself and/or my child in the way described above, even if I no longer participate in the program.
I may cancel this consent by writing to BLKBRY and/or BLKBRY Community. BLKBRY and BLKBRY Community will not use or show the photos or videos after receiving my cancellation. However, BLKBRY and BLKBRY Community cannot control others who may still use and/or show the photos or videos.
I understand that I have the right to decline this consent form and it will not affect being a part of the BLKBRY and BLKBRY Community program.
I understand that BLKBRY and BLKBRY Community will not pay me for this. I am voluntarily choosing to be a part of this program, and my signed copy of this form is available upon request.

At BLKBRY, we believe our community should be truly open to everyone. As such, we are committed to creating event environments that are diverse, inclusive, safe, and free from discrimination, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion.

All event participants, including all BLKBRY employees, contractors, event sponsors, vendors, volunteers, speakers, and attendees, are expected to conform to the following code of conduct:

Expected Behavior
All attendees are expected to treat everyone with dignity, courtesy, and respect. Help foster a community where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to participate fully. Comply with all event guidelines and instructions from organizers and venue staff.

Unacceptable Behavior ​
This may include, but is not limited to:
Comments using demeaning, derogatory, or discriminatory language that are ethnic, racial, sexual, religious, political, age-related, or disability-related in nature; comments intended to cause offense or harm to other members of the community; deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, or harassing photography or recording; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.

If you think that someone has exhibited any actions of violence or harassment, you are expected to immediately bring this issue to the attention of event support staff. Any acts of bullying, violence, harassment (including sexual harassment), or intimidation will not be tolerated.

Health and Safety
BLKBRY is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all event participants. By attending our event, you agree to comply with all applicable local health and safety legal requirements.

If you're feeling unwell, please rest up and stay at home so we can continue to keep our fellow event attendees and community safe.

Consequences and Enforcement
Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event and won't hesitate to remove anyone who is not conforming to this policy. Staff may intervene at any time to address inappropriate or unsafe behavior. Consequences may include a verbal warning, removal from the event, a ban from future events, and the involvement of venue security or law enforcement if necessary. Final decisions regarding violations and consequences are at the discretion of the event organizers.
