BLKBRY is exciting to be hosting Pelvic Floor Therapy learning sessions with Dr. Jane Grant of Invigorate Holistic Wellness.
Invigorate Holistic Wellness was founded to offer a holistic approach to orthopedic and pelvic health concerns that impact a client’s mobility, reproductive health, and quality of life. Using various therapeutic tools, holistic modalities, and interventions, Dr. Grant assess her client's health and wellness by addressing aspects of physical, mental, and energetic health to curate a personalized plan of care specific to a person's total wellness.
We are beyond thankful to have her facilitating our workshops to ensure that our community receives culturally relevant information regarding the pelvic floor health of Black women.
